Luis Ignacio has extensive experience in tax planning and consulting, both in national and international matters, as well as in corporate, contractual and financial matters. His practice has focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions, investment structuring and estate planning.
Prior to founding of Martel, he was a founding partner of Kavanagh Gorozpe (2017-2022), and worked in various tax and corporate firms, including Jones Day (2013-2017), in its New York and Mexico City offices, Turanzas, Bravo & Ambrosi (2010 – 2013), Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aíza and Enríquez (2008-2010), and Von Wobeser & Sierra (2007-2008).
