Nagalli has 20 years of experience in antitrust law and has been recognized by publications and surveys as a prominent specialist in the Brazilian market. He has participated in merger filings of highly complex transactions both in Brazil and in the United States. In addition, he has played a key role in the most relevant cartel investigations and conducts to Brazil’s competitive landscape, including recognized experience in negotiating leniency agreements.

With extensive experience representing national and international clients, his expertise encompasses notifications of mergers and acquisitions in the most diverse sectors of the economy, as well as negotiations of leniency agreements and defense of client interest in cartel investigations and cases of abuse of dominant position. He works in several sectors, including technology, health, auto parts, oil and gas, education, financial sector, digital platforms, and venture capital.
