Experience

Specialist in direct and indirect tax consulting. He has extensive experience in tax planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, succession planning, tax credit recovery, tax audits and tax modeling. He also works in tax litigation, especially before the Administrative Council for Tax Appeals (CARF).

Luiz works mainly with clients in the steel, mining, construction, retail, energy, food and technology sectors. He holds a postgraduate degree in tax law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) and a law degree from PUCMINAS.
