Lynda is a lawyer admitted at the Paris and Cameroon Bars and is the Managing Partner of the Firm Amadagana & Partners.

She advises on corporate transactions, projects and financing in the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure sectors in Africa with a specific focus on the OHADA zone.

Lynda is the former General Counsel and current advisor of Cameroon Power Holdings, an investing affiliate of Actis Fund in Cameroon and the majority shareholder of ENEO Cameroon. She has previously worked at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Clifford Chance, Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith Paris offices. She has also worked as a lawyer at EDF Group.

Lynda is a former lecturer at Cergy Pontoise University in France. She regularly conducts training sessions for lawyers in Cameroon.

Lynda is the Secretary General of the Cameroon Mining Association, the chamber of mining operators in Cameroon.
