Mads Nygaard Madsen is specialised in IT law and he is one of Denmark's leading attorneys in this area. He is a certified IT attorney. From 2017 to 2020 he was chairman of the association of Danish IT Attorneys. His legal expertise covers all areas of IT law, including outsourcing, software licensing matters and personal data law.
