Magali has been a lawyer since 2009 and is a recognized reference in banking and finance law. With a great and varied experience, she efficiently assists borrowers, banks, sponsors and debt funds in the most complex transactions, ranging from acquisition financing (syndicated bank, senior/mezzanine, unitranche, PIK), to corporate financing, to securitization and more generally, debt transactions, real estate and assets financing, as well as fiducie. She also stands out for debt restructuring management, providing creative and tailor-made solutions to her clients.

Prior to co-founding Nabarro Béraud Avocats, Magali gained expertise at renowned law firms such as Allen & Overy and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. Her career at Nabarro & Hinge, which she joined in 2017, propelled her to the rank of Counsel in 2019, confirming her leadership in the sector.

Alongside her consulting work, Magali shares her knowledge as a lecturer at the Université Catholique de Lille. Her academic excellence is reflected in her prestigious degrees: a master’s degree in International Private Law (Université Panthéon-Assas), a DEA – Contract Law (Université Jean-Monnet), and an LLM International Business Law (University of Exeter, United Kingdom).
