Mahernosh is a Solicitor and primarily focuses on Real Estate Law, which includes both transactional work and dispute resolution. On the transactional side, he has acted for developers as well as real estate funds. He has handled litigation and arbitration for some of the Mumbai’s leading developers.

On real estate matters, Mahernosh has, in recent times, acted for and advised Godrej Properties Ltd, Phoenix Mills Ltd, Dudhwala Builders and Bredco Ltd, Reliance Capital, Essel Finance and A K Capital.

On the litigation front, Mahernosh has represented the K Raheja Group, Kuoni Travels, BSE, Maker Developers.
