Personal

Mallory’s favorite pastime is spending time with family and friends. She has an appreciation for nature and enjoys hiking, a strong cup of coffee, a good book, and experiencing cuisine from around the globe.

Work Highlights

Successfully guided a client through a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights breach investigation, resulting in closure with no penalties.

Negotiated an electronic health records system contract for a behavioral provider and advised on related implementation issues.

Represented a hospital in preparation and approval of its CON exemption filing to convert to a new $38M freestanding medical facility.

Experience

Prior to joining Gallagher, Mallory served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. In 2023, she was recognized as both a Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Star and as an Associate to Watch in the Chambers USA 2023 Guide.
