Mamata is a Partner in RPC's General Liability and Medical team. Her work covers complex personal injury cases involving fatalities, catastrophic injuries, product liability claims, policy coverage, and incidents involving health & safety or environmental regulations. She represents a wide range of clients from sole traders to large corporates, including those who are being investigated by various enforcement authorities including the police, the Health & Safety Executive, local authorities, Trading Standards and fire authorities. Mamata also advises clients on a range of product liability matters, including liability claims and issues surrounding product recall.
Career
Completed training contract at Anthony Gold, qualified 2002. Assistant Solicitor at Hill Dickinson LLP 2002 – 2005, joined RPC as an Assistant Solicitor 2005; Legal Director 2015.
