Manuel Bianchi della Porta advises entrepreneurs and companies. He assists them for their projects and when important operations are ahead (acquisitions, financing, transmissions, restructuring, etc.). His practice is based on a solid knowledge of contract law, company law, merger law, competition law and media law. In complex or multidisciplinary mandates, he will lead the project and team up with the other specialists from Chabrier .
