He regularly represents Latin American corporations, state-owned entities and investment and commercial banks in connection with debt and equity capital markets, acquisition, project and structured financings and liability management transactions. He also represents corporations in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and sovereign clients in debt restructurings across the region.
