Marc represents professionals and companies in all aspects of the film industry. He negotiates transactions in finance, tax incentives, production and distribution, including monetization of tax incentives, production agreements, talent agreements and distribution agreements.

Marc also represents talent & companies in all aspects of the music industry, including music publishing, recording, live appearances and merchandising, catalog transfers, loans and related transactions.

Career

Marc was General Counsel & CFO at Prodigy Communications. He drafted & testified before Congress & WIPO regarding the Digital Millenium Copyright Act & drafted Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. He was President of www.Politics.com, an award winning website. He teaches Media & Entertainment Law at several universities.
