He has experience of domestic litigation and arbitration conducted under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules. He has acted for a wide range of contractors, private employers, government departments and local authorities. He has also acted for and against a range of professionals (including engineers, architects, surveyors and project managers). He has been instructed for parties and on disputes based in a number of jurisdictions, including Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.

Educated at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge (MA, 1st Class) and Harvard Law School (LLM).
