Marc Tepper, a financial institutions and insurance industry attorney with over 25 years of experience, concentrates his practice on business, banking and insurance law. Marc has litigated lawsuits involving lender liability, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate control, antitrust, consumer fraud, FINRA arbitrations, federal securities class actions, RICO actions and FDIC actions. He has also been involved in representing clients involved in government investigations. He also remains active with transactions involving the business of insurance.
