Career
Lawyer for several companies in Chile and internationally, in natural resources, project finance, foreign investment, engineering and construction contracts, public works concessions, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
He has actively participated in the international business of mining projects in Chile, other Latin American countries, Australia and Canada.
He was legal vice-president of Andes Iron SpA. He is director of CESCO and academic of Mining Law and Water Law at Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Chile and of mining law at Departamento de Ingeniería Civil Minas, and for the MBA of Mining Industry program at Departamento de Ingeniería Industrial, both at FCFM of the same University.
