Drawing on a deep understanding of the complex laws, regulations, and market rules governing the transmission and sale of power, Marcia provides clients with practical advice to navigate opaque energy regulatory requirements and complicated energy litigation. She has represented clients across the energy industry before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, state public utility commissions, and U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Her experience representing clients across the energy industry helps Marcia provide transactional advice that extends beyond standard-issue regulatory matters such as approvals and filings to transaction strategy and deal structure, tailored to the needs and objectives of the client. Marcia also advises clients regarding the negotiation and development of commercial agreements, including agreements for the purchase and sale of power, transmission rights, natural gas, and LNG.
