Founding partner of M&A, Dr. Marco Morales Tobar is a lawyer from the Central University of Ecuador and has over fifty years of experience practicing law. He has worked as a successful attorney with numerous cases in the defense of large public and private companies.

He served as a permanent ad hoc judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, magistrate, vice president, and president of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. He has also worked as a legislative advisor, permanent ad hoc judge of the District Court of Administrative Trial, General Manager of the Social Security Institute (IESS), and undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare, among others.
