Marcos Blanco is a partner in Martinez de Hoz & Rueda’s Energy and Natural Resources (Oil & Gas, Electricity, Mining) Department, and Head of the Firm's TMT (Telecoms, Media, Technology) and Fintech Departments, advising on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters for both Argentine and non-Argentine clients across numerous industries.

Marcos' practice is focused on the structuring, development, financing, acquisition, and sale of major projects, including in the context of natural resources, infrastructure, and TMT transactions, in which he has represented a variety of borrowers, lenders, sponsors, developers, contractors, buyers and sellers.

He also regularly advises clients on information technologies, fintech, and privacy-related matters and transactions, and other regulatory and general business law matters.
