Maria Raptis represents clients in connection with antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, litigation, counseling and criminal matters. She concentrates her practice on representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice. Ms. Raptis has advised clients in a broad range of strategic transactions across multiple industries, including health care and pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer products, entertainment and manufacturing. Her litigation experience includes defending clients in connection with class actions and multidistrict litigations challenging patent settlements, pricing and other business policies. Ms. Raptis also has represented clients in connection with allegations of price-fixing and other criminal charges.
