With more than 20 years of experience focused on labour law, Mariana has been head of the department since 2013 and became a partner in 2016.

Her most notable expertise lies in advising companies on their labour relations, human resources policies, management of collective matters and union disputes, both for national and international companies in several sectors. Additionally, she has provided consistent legal support to numerous companies in diverse litigation matters, delivering successful results.

Mariana stands out for her excellent negotiation skills and her ability to provide solid business management support. Her in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses allows her to make assertive decisions by fully understand their needs. Under her leadership, the department ensures that preventive advisory services are provided in a highly effective manner. Professor of Labour Law at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay (2014-2022).

Postgraduate (University of Montevideo). Member of the Uruguayan Association.

In 2023, due to the notoriety of her profile, she was invited to join OMEU ("Organisation of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Uruguay"), which seeks to strengthen the role of women in the business world, accompanying them through mentoring and training workshops with the aim of overcoming gender inequalities.
