With more than 20 years of experience focused on labour law, Mariana has been head of the department since 2013 and became a partner in 2016.
Her most notable expertise lies in advising companies on their labour relations, human resources policies, management of collective matters and union disputes, both for national and international companies in several sectors. Additionally, she has provided consistent legal support to numerous companies in diverse litigation matters, delivering successful results.

In 2023, due to the notoriety of her profile, she was invited to join OMEU ("Organisation of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Uruguay"), which seeks to strengthen the role of women in the business world, accompanying them through mentoring and training workshops with the aim of overcoming gender inequalities.
