Practice Areas
Mariana is specialized in the fields of M&A, Corporate and International Law advising local and foreign companies, to set up and develop their businesses in our country. She also has ample experience in Project Finance -in particular of Energy Projects- and during the last years, she has been largely devoted to the environmental area, assisting clients with all environmental compliance and regulatory issues, the performance of legal environmental audits and with respect to environmental aspects related to land planning and land uses’ regulations.
