Marilyn is a family law solicitor specialising in divorce and all the difficulties that arise as a result of relationship breakdown. This includes the resolution of financial disputes and all issues relating to children, where she acts on behalf of parents and grandparents - often in complex cases, including those where social services are involved.

Marilyn has a wealth of experience across complex high net worth financial cases, the most serious cases involving children, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships, and domestic violence.

A qualified Collaborative Lawyer, and Family Mediator, Marilyn is noted for remaining calm in the face of considerable hostility, and nimble in her response to major challenges. She is also accredited in Advance Financial Provision and Advocacy Provision.
