Co-Head of Dispute Resolution Department, Marina offers clients nearly 40 years’ experience in both litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience in contentious matters, both before the courts and in arbitration, and has a thorough understanding of, and notable expertise in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures, with a particular focus on conciliation and mediation. Marina has acquired broad and diversified experience in insolvency matters, as well as in arrangements with creditors and pre-insolvency matters in general. She regularly advises corporate clients and leading players in the banking, finance and insurance fields, both domestic and foreign, in all types of dispute – before the courts or in arbitration - having specific expertise in Italian and international commercial and contract law, post-acquisition disputes, banking, finance, insurance and real estate law and regulatory matters. Marina has developed particular skill in handling the so-called follow-on disputes concerning antitrust matters, including class actions.

For the year 2023 Member of the Coordination Panel of the Banking and Finance Arbitration (aimed at assessing the relevant rules of law to be applied by the various regional panels)
Designated Arbitrator of the National and International Chamber of Commerce in Milan;
She is also a member of the International Bar Association IBA.
Publications
Marina co-authored a chapter of an essay (yet to be published) in matter of international corporate arbitration. The essay title is Trattato di Diritto dell’Arbitrato, edited by the Università Politecnica delle Marche – Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane, while the chapter was titled Rapporti societari internazionali e arbitrato (International corporate relations and arbitration)
