Personal

Mark lives in Plymouth, Minnesota, with his wife and four children. When not practicing law, Mark enjoys training for and running marathons, cooking, traveling, and coaching youth sports.

Experience

Mark has handled approximately 200 appeals before state and federal courts in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. He has also tried 14 cases to jury verdict -- winning all of them. Clients often engage mark on high stakes matters that require excellent briefing, oral advocacy, and if necessary, trial and appellate skills.
