Mark is Head of Litigation at Collins Benson Goldhill LLP and has 25+ years experience and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation work including advising national and international landlords and tenants in relation to contested and uncontested business lease renewals, complex property fraud, professional negligence, forfeiture, possession claims, squatters, adverse possession claims, party wall disputes, dilapidations, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement, injunctions and disputes arising from auctions. Mark has worked with clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including retail, leisure and charities.
