Mark writes and lectures widely on third-party payer disputes, Medicare/Medicaid regulation, and reimbursement managed care regulation and compliance and has successfully handled several benchmark litigations. Mark combines sophisticated litigation skills with depth in substantive health care reimbursement and regulation, having previously served as the Deputy Chief counsel to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid for Litigation and as a senior counsel in the Civil Division of the U.S. Justice Department and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
