Practice is focused on defending individual and corporate clients under criminal investigation, indictment and in trial. Has extensive jury trial experience in federal and state courts across the United States and has provided trial representation to numerous indigent defendants facing the death penalty. Also regularly defends individuals and corporate clients in responding to false attacks in the media and on the Internet.

Former federal prosecutor with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice; Adjunct Professor of Law - Georgetown University Law Center; Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as federal courts throughout the United States.
