Mark Jansen has been a lawyer since 2007. His practice operates at the intersection of law and (digital) technology and falls into a few pillars:
- Contracting: contracts for all kinds of digital projects, with a view to continuity, risk reduction and compliance with laws and regulations;
- Incident handling: together with colleagues from the cyber team, handling the incident response to cyber incidents such as ransomware or a data breach (from data breach notification to claim handling).
- Advising: advising on compliance regarding digital legislation (AVG, NIS2, DORA, DSM, DSA, etc.), the legal position regarding an automation dispute.
- Litigation: proceedings on failed automation, data breach claims.
