•Successfully handled and argued cases in federal and state courts on Oahu, the Big Island, Maui, and Kauai, including defending and prosecuting multiple successful appeals before the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals, Hawaii Supreme Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
•Successfully defended cases in multiple administrative agencies, including the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Hawaii Occupational Health & Safety Division, and Honolulu Board of Realtors.
•Represented plaintiff student-athlete in promissory estoppel case against a university based on the improper withdrawal of an oral athletic scholarship offer (believed to be the first case of its kind in the country), resulting in financial settlement for plaintiff.
