Markus Kaiser’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, including IP related litigation. He advises clients in trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret and media law matters. He has extensive experience in licensing and technology transfers as well as in IP aspects of M&A transactions.

Career

Markus graduated from the University of Cambridge (LL.M.) in 2005 and from the University of St. Gallen (lic. iur.) in 2001. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2003.

Before joining TIMES Attorneys as a founding partner, Markus worked in the IP/IT practice groups of two leading law firms in Switzerland and as inhouse counsel with the Swiss copyright collecting society for producers, broadcasters and performing artists.
