We offer full-service advice in all contentious and non-contentious matters and have many years of experience in advising banks and payment service providers. In addition to our advisory work, we prepare legal opinions for our clients and represent them in official proceedings, in particular before the Financial Market Authority.

CORPORATE LAW AND M&A

MOSER LEGAL provides experienced advice on all aspects of corporate law and M&A. Nationally and internationally. From start-ups to large corporations. In particular, we advise investors from China on their entry into the Austrian and European markets. LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION
