Career

Marta Delgado Echevarría co-leads the Antitrust Practice and leads the Intellectual Property Practice for Jones Day’s Madrid Office. She has 25 years’ experience advising foreign and domestic clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of antitrust law, including international arbitration, M&A, cartels, abuse of a dominant position, commercial agreements, licensing, state aids and unfair competition. Marta also represents clients in technology related matters and life sciences, as well as in trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent rights matters. She is a member of the Academic Council and Board of Professors of the Master's in European Union Law at University Carlos III of Madrid. As of January 2023 Marta is the Partner in charge of the Firm’s Madrid office.
