Graduated from the University of Tepeyac A.C., with a Master in Oral Trials at the Law and Forensic School of the Southeast.
Martha excelled as a Public Defender in Mexico City, later then as Deputy Director of Investigations in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, serving as legal advisor.
She has taught the subject in the Diploma of "Intermediate Stage" at the Law and Forensic School of the Southeast; Currently part of the teaching staff of said institution in subjects such as "Law and orality", "Investigation Folder", "Accusatory Criminal Process", "Alternative and Restorative Justice", "Intermediate Stage", among others. He has worked as a teacher in the subjects of "Alternative Justice", "Restorative Justice" and "Precautionary Measures" in the Ministry of National Defense.
Trainer on the "Phases of the Accusatory System" at the Mexican Institute of Social Security; as well as in the "Reinforcement Diploma in the New Accusatory Penal System" at the Technical Institute for Police Training in Mexico City. She taught the subject of criminal procedure (Accusatory Criminal Procedure System) at the undergraduate level at the Universidad del Valle de México south campus.
As head of the online radio program "Neopenalismo Radio" through the Intellectual Strategy Trainer, where issues related to the Accusatory Criminal Process were addressed and, she has been a guest on the radio program "En Frontera" of the Education Division Distance Learning from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Ms. Martha Zaragoza taught the master's level module on Oral Litigation Techniques, as well as the Alternative Justice and Restorative Justice module in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas at the Northwestern Autonomous University as part of the graduate staff of the National Institute of Criminal Sciences.
Her experience also includes the implementation of compliance programs for crime prevention and the prevention of money laundering, and she is an associate in the area of criminal litigation and criminal compliance, as well as being a member of the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados A.C. (BMA).
