Martín Campbell

Practice Areas

Martín Campbell specializes in commercial, business and financial litigation and bankruptcy law. He was a partner of Marval O'Farrell Mairal from February 2000 to July 2015. Since August 2015 he is Of Counsel.

He advises companies on matters in these areas of specialization and on restructuring of private debt. He also has vast experience in matters relating to the refinancing of bank loans.

Career

Between 1974-99 he was a member of the law firm Lanfranco & Mariño, where he became a Partner in 1977. Joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal as a Partner in 2000, and is currently of counsel.

Professional Memberships

He is a member of the Colegio Publico de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and the International Bar Association.

He was an active member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group of the International Bar Association and a former member of INSOL (an international association of restructuring, insolvency & bankruptcy professionals) Latin America Committee.

Publications

He has written articles in national and international publications, a chapter related to the impact of insolvency in guarantee trusts included in a publication “Tratado de Fideicomiso” and has taken part in conferences on matters related to his area of specialization.
