Martin’s practice focuses primarily on banking and finance matters, where he is a widely recognized expert in acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated loans and debt restructuring. He has represented numerous French and international financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers, private equity funds and other investors.
Martin is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP Paris) and of the University of Paris I.
Martin joined the firm in 2009, after several years as partner at Shearman & Sterling where he led the financing department in Paris.
