He has advised on licensing arrangements for software developers, licensing of stem cell technology, a number of business sales and acquisitions, IT and e-commerce, data protection and corporate governance and shareholders’ agreements. In addition Martin advised several leading UK energy companies on a number of commercial agreements and various public sector bodies and local authorities on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
