Practice Areas
Martina Prpić regularly advises international and domestic banks in finance projects and domestic and foreign companies from various sectors on corporate, commercial, employment and administrative law issues. She advises and represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, proceedings for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards as well as in litigation, administrative and public procurement proceedings. She has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of competition law, state aid and capital markets and has advised and represented clients in takeover proceedings, merger control notifications and other matters of competition and capital markets. Martina publishes articles and holds lectures on arbitration, capital markets, competition law, energy and transport law.
Career
Martina holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb as well as an LL.M. degree from the Central European University. Prior to establishing KPS in 2014, Martina was a partner in a reputable Croatian law firm Žurić i Partneri.
