Matija advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in high-level commercial disputes, exceeding EUR 1 million and reaching up to EUR 50 million. His recent practice is focused on representing several clients in international arbitration procedures (ICC, LAC) as well as in investment arbitrations under the auspices of ICSID. Throughout his years as a litigator, he has developed an unapparelled expertise in resolving disputes of all sizes. Matija is also the head of the firm’s IP department representing clients in trademark and patent disputes and administrative procedures in relation to the registrations and exploitation of trademarks and models.
