Mats had more than 25 years' experience advising on EU, competition and regulatory matters, in both Brussels and Stockholm. Mats provides operational and strategic advice on complex matters within all aspects of competition law, including cartels, restrictive agreements merger control and state aid, as well as connected areas such as foreign investment reviews. Mats represents clients from a variety of industries before authorities and courts. He also regularly advises on a range of regulatory issues in inter alia the energy field.
