Mauro Grinberg is amongst the most experienced and well-known competition lawyers in Brazil. Mauro has worked in antitrust law in Brazil since the beginning, representing clients before the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE) and Brazilian Courts. For this reason, he covers the full range of antitrust law (from merger control to litigation) and has written and debated extensively on infringing conducts. His expertise and experience are well known and highly recognized among peers and clients in all industry sectors.
Career
Mauro is one of the founders of Grinberg Cordovil Advogados, established since 2010. He was also founder, director and president of Ibrac (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Concorrência, Consumo e Comércio Internacional).
Prior to that he was a Commissioner at CADE and he is a retired Attorney of the National Treasury, Mauro holds a Master of Law from the University of Pernambuco and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of São Paulo - USP.
