She also handles oil and gas commercial litigation, including lease termination and royalty claims, gas gathering agreement disputes, contractor claims, surface access disputes, joint operating agreement disputes, and joint interest billing/accounting disputes.
She is a leading member of the firm’s ESG practice and advises clients on carbon and climate-related regulations and legislation, as well as factoring ESG factors into energy transactions.
