Meir Linzen is the Chairman of Herzog Fox & Neeman and head of the Tax, Private Client, Gaming & Gambling Departments.

Meir specializes in advising high-net-worth individuals in their estate matters. Meir has extensive experience dealing with complex international familial matters including transfer of wealth between generations, reorganization of the family holdings and advice regarding complex trust structures.

Meir has unparalleled experience and expertise in advising banks and multinational corporations with regards to their activities in Israel, and have presided over the tax aspects of numerous multinationals' M&A's in Israel.

Meir is also among the leading and prominent lawyers in Israel in the E-Commerce field.
