Melinda (Mindy) McGrath

Career

Mindy McGrath advises public and private companies and utilities on a broad range of energy and regulatory issues before state public utility commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She has extensive experience in handling matters related to ratemaking, and certificate and transfer proceedings, administrative complaints and litigation, rulemaking, enforcement, and compliance matters. Mindy also advises clients on gas agreements, including asset management and supply agreements, and counsels clients on various compliance matters.

As a former litigator, Mindy has significant experience in both state and federal courts. She continues to draw on her litigation experience when advocating for her regulatory clients.
