In capital markets Mercedes has advised sponsors in the establishment of their CKDs funds through public listings of CKDs in Mexico, including Mexico Retail Properties (MRP), Walton Street Capital, Finsa, and Planigrupo.
She has also participated in several IPOs and follow-ons, including Terrafina and IEnova. Mercedes has also worked on several cross-border debt offerings and private placements.
