Tariq has over twenty years of experience in handling non-contentious corporate transactional and advisory work. He is a CEDR accredited mediator, an Advocate of the High Courts in Pakistan and an Attorney at Law in Missouri, USA. His areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, real estate acquisition & development, shareholder disputes, Tax, intellectual property, US immigration Law and labor & employment law matters.

Tariq is an expert on foreign direct investment in Pakistan and has helped several companies establish a foot print in Pakistan. He is known for providing strategic advice to businesses on structuring transactions and drafting transactional documents. Tariq is the main counsel for several transnational corporations operating in Pakistan and routinely advises both local and foreign entities on regulatory compliance requirements under various laws.
