Micah litigates major patent, trade-secret, antitrust and other matters for clients.

Micah is also the co-hiring partner of Davis Polk’s Northern California office. His professional service includes leadership in the Federal Bar Association (where he is currently a chapter VP) and active roles in the ABA Antitrust Section, including its Intellectual Property Committee. His pro bono work includes civil rights, criminal justice and immigration matters.
