Michael also represents insurance clients in mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. He has widespread experience with transactional insurance, advising clients on the purchase of R&W insurance as part of their M&A transactions.
In addition, Michael assists fintech and other financial services companies on licensing and compliance matters. He has worked extensively on cryptocurrency compliance, particularly concerning digital currency compliance with anti-money laundering and money transmission laws.
