Michael Rosenthal is chair of the firm's Transportation practice group and a member of the Litigation and Antitrust practice groups. He represents railroads and other rail-industry clients in regulatory proceedings, including mergers, rate cases, unreasonable practice cases, abandonment proceedings, and rulemakings before the Surface Transportation Board.
