Mr. Labson’s recent work has involved issues such as clinical trial misconduct; FDA dispute resolution; orphan drug, pediatric and Hatch-Waxman market exclusivities; biosimilars; product promotion and scientific exchange; REMS; pharmacovigilance; Rx/OTC switches; and DEA regulation of controlled substances.
