Michal Hanuš is KSB’s leading employment lawyer and an active member of the Czech Employment Lawyers’ Association. He provides strategic employment advice, including on matters of corporate restructuring, to a range of key clients. These include Quanta Human Resources, North Carolina University, GONVARRI CZECH and AGC Automotive Czech.

Michal provides comprehensive solutions to HR emergencies and crisis situations, proposes and enforces optimal strategies for internal reorganizations, advises on negotiations with hostile unions, conflict break-ups with key employees, on disputes resulting from serious work accidents and long-term disability, mass dismissals and inspections by the Labour Inspectorate.

Furthermore Michal advises on agency employment, including drafting all documentation, during negotiations with the Czech Labour Authority, the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Czech Ministry of the Interior, licensing of employment agencies. He provides companies with immigration advice, assessment, preparation and securing of work and residence permits, especially employee cards and cards of intra-corporate transferred employees of non-EU citizens, negotiations with embassies, the Czech Ministry of Health.
